OK for Windows XP users, but NOT for Windows Vista – Lovin’ retirement – Southern California
CardScan I have with this for a while ', and reached an appropriate job, but I recently changed the operating system Windows Vista and the scanner does not do more, so I went looking for an update available for download on the website of the company has not been found. CardScan I contacted via e-mail and replied that I would get to buy their $ 80 (plus S & H) to update my unit to work with Windows Vista. All other hardware vendors for other products that I use with my computer(Dymo LabelWriter, received Neat, etc) to download a free Vista upgrade or a fix for a reasonable fee. Product installation is simple and easy to use. Place 3 of these at the reception of medical facilities, scanning dozens of cards every day. Two of them died after about 12-14 months of service are.
